The control panel features a backlit LED display that shows speed and operating time. The display disappears when turned off, revealing the chrome of the handle in all its elegance. With two function buttons, you can choose from up to nine speed levels for mixing, whipping, and turbo functions. This electric hand mixer allows you to prepare both sweet and savory dishes: it comes with three different stainless steel whisks: classic beaters for light doughs, hooks for vigorous kneading, and a whisk for fluffy egg whites and whipped cream. Two whisks for airy textures like whipped cream, sauces, or meringue; two beaters, ideal for semi-soft doughs like cookie dough and cake bases; two kneading hooks for yeast dough products like pizza or bread dough. Thanks to the non-slip feet, the hand mixer has a stable stand when you want to set it down in between or after mixing and kneading. The included accessories can be stored in the fabric bag.
