The assorted table knife set features knives with four different wood finishes: dark ash, gray ash, light ash, and walnut. Each type of wood is stabilized, making it shape-retaining and water-resistant.

The table knife set is forged from surgical steel, providing it with four times higher corrosion resistance. With a steel hardness of 58 HRC, the table knives remain sharp for a long time, ensuring lasting cutting pleasure.
