This pan is made of stainless steel. It features a ceramic-based non-stick coating that can withstand temperatures of up to 300 degrees Celsius.

The coating is easy to clean, neutral in taste, and resistant to acids. The stainless steel is versatile. Both meat and gently cooked vegetables turn out perfectly. The Tali pans work on all types of stovetops, including induction cooktops.
