Screw-in heating elements are versatile and designed for heating liquid media. The EHK G2 is primarily used for heating hydraulic oil in containers where the heating cartridge can be replaced without draining the medium. It features a ceramic heating cartridge in a stainless steel sheath with a diameter of 50 mm. The nipple is welded from V2A. The connection housing is made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, with a protection class of IP66/67. There is an unheated zone of 50 mm, with a surface load of 1.5 W/cm², and a connection of 230/400 V. The devices are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium must be considered and verified on-site.
