Screw-in heating elements are versatile and designed for heating liquid media. EHK G2 are primarily used for heating hydraulic oil in containers where the replacement of the heating cartridge must be possible without draining the medium. They feature a ceramic heating cartridge in a stainless steel sheath with a diameter of 50 mm, material number 1.4404. The nipples are welded from V2A. The connection housing is made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, with a protection class of IP66/67. There is an unheated zone of 50 mm, with a surface load of 1.5 W/cm², and a connection of 230/400 V. The devices are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, it is important to consider the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium and to verify it on-site.
