Screw-in heaters are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heaters have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into the brass nipple G1 1/2. They have a power output of 6000 W, a voltage of 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 910 mm, and a surface load of 5 W/cm². The unheated zone measures 60 mm. The design is automated with a limiter: the controller has a temperature range of 30-80 °C, and the safety temperature limiter is set to 100 °C. The stainless steel connection housing has an IP66 protection rating. The devices can be used in washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. They are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium must be considered and checked on-site.
