Screw-in heating elements are versatile for heating liquid media. The EHK G1 1/2 with brass nipple is primarily suitable for water and aqueous solutions. The three tubular heating elements have a diameter of 8.5 mm and are hard-soldered from stainless steel 1.4404 into a G1 1/2 brass nipple. They have a power output of 4500 W at 230/400 V, an immersion depth of 650 mm, and a surface load of 5 W/cm², with a non-heated zone of 60 mm. The design is automated with a limiter: a controller from 30-80 °C and a safety temperature limiter of 100 °C. The stainless steel connection housing has an IP66 protection rating. Applications include washing machines, dishwashers, temperature control devices, and laboratory equipment. The devices are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial purposes. When selecting, it is important to consider the permissible specific surface load for the respective medium and to verify it on-site.
