Schneidholz Cutting board with juice groove

The top side of the cutting board features a juice groove, while the bottom side is completely smooth. This allows any liquid that escapes to drain cleanly.

For its production in Germany, Schneidholz uses only FSC-certified walnut wood. The surface of the cutting board is finely milled and sealed, ensuring a long lifespan and maintaining its aesthetic appearance for longer.

Each size variant can be optimally used for different purposes in the kitchen. The smallest is suitable for the most common cutting and preparation tasks, while the largest is designed for cutting large roasts, as well as for chopping pumpkins, cabbage, or salads.

Care instructions: After use, wipe the wooden board with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling, clean with a little dish soap and a brush, then rinse thoroughly. Allow it to dry standing upright. Not dishwasher safe. Re-oiling restores the surface protection, preventing bacteria and germs from penetrating deeply into the wood. Apply a little cooking oil with a piece of paper towel and rub it in well. After about 1 hour, polish it again. A conventional but high-quality cooking oil (cold-pressed, virgin oil) is recommended.
