Merino wool is not only excellent at insulating but also wicks moisture away from the body through the structure of its fibers and retains warmth, even when wet. Wool can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water before it feels damp. The yarn is superwash treated, making it resistant to frequent machine washing. Our suppliers guarantee that our wool does not come from sheep that have been subjected to mulesing. We have been selling Baby Wool Lanett since the early 1980s. The yarn is still just as popular today as it was then. However, its application has changed over time. The yarn is suitable not only for baby clothes but for the whole family.
