Merino wool is not only excellent at insulating, but it also wicks moisture away from the body due to the structure of its fibers and retains warmth even when wet. Wool can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water before it feels damp. The yarn is superwash treated, making it resistant to frequent machine washing. Our suppliers guarantee that our wool does not come from sheep that have been subjected to mulesing. We have been selling Baby Wool Lanett since the early 1980s. The yarn is still just as popular today as it was back then. However, its use has changed over time. The yarn is suitable not only for baby clothing but for the whole family.
