Product details

This blend gives the yarn the softness and insulating properties of alpaca fiber, while the wool provides lightness and elasticity. Both alpaca and wool have good temperature-regulating properties.

Material composition: 65% alpaca, 35% wool

Origin of raw materials: Alpaca wool from Peru/Bolivia, wool from Australia/Uruguay

  • Yardage: Approximately 100 meters per 50 grams
  • Recommended needle size: Knitting needle No. 3½-5
  • Gauge: 22-19 stitches = 10 cm

Note: For machine washing, we recommend washing all wool items separately on the wool wash program to treat them as gently as possible. Spin gently and dry the garment flat, preferably lying on a towel. Never wash hand-knitted items in a laundry bag, as this can create friction that may cause the item to felt.
