The Japanese Santoku knife from the SD-0094 Damascus series features a very wide, solid blade and a small handle. With its tapered spine and a forward-shifted center of gravity, this knife requires much less effort when chopping or slicing food.

Several oval indentations above the edge prevent food from sticking to the blade.

The Japanese Santoku knife is versatile and suitable for preparing vegetables, fish, and greens. The wide blade spine allows for easy execution of various tasks, from slicing to tenderizing meat.
