Heating cartridges feature inch thread sizes and high-temperature conductors that can withstand temperatures up to 450 °C. They have an impact-resistant ceramic cap, making them suitable for applications with strong vibrations. Deep drillings in the ceramic cap prevent fraying of the cable during bending. The nickel-chromium resistance wire ensures maximum heating element lifespan. A TIG-welded end disc prevents the ingress of contaminants and moisture absorption. The fiberglass conductor insulation comes with a 10-inch lead.
