With the professional soft ice cream machine from Royal Catering, you can tap up to 33 liters of delicious soft ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yogurt within 60 minutes. Thanks to the high total volume of 16 liters and various flavors, the gastro soft ice cream machine is suitable for busy bars, ice cream parlors, cafés, and folk festivals. The machine requires 15 minutes of cooling time before you can dispense the first 6 portions of ice cream. The cooling process then only takes 3 minutes.
