The included silicone lid is easy to place on and creates a vacuum when pressure is applied to the center, allowing your food to be stored in the refrigerator airtight and aroma-tight. It can also be used in the oven up to 200 °C, in the microwave, and in the freezer. For serving, the lid can also be used as a heat-resistant trivet.
