It is easy to clean and robust with a knife-friendly surface. Dishwasher safe. Sturdy chopping board with non-slip feet and elegant 2-component design. Extremely stable, light and handy, with handle and does not slip on the worktop. Does not warp in the dishwasher. BPA-free means that the chemical bisphenol A has been completely eliminated from specially labelled products. BPA is used in the manufacture of polycarbonate and epoxy paints. The problem with bisphenol A is that it dissolves from plastics when heated and can enter the human organism.
