Product details

The pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a ProCera ceramic coating. It features an extremely durable mineral ceramic coating and is free of PFOA. It is heat-resistant up to 400 degrees Celsius and allows for fat-free cooking without the addition of fat. The airtight stainless steel base has an aluminum core and is suitable for use in the oven. It is compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction.
