The pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a ProPlex non-stick coating – heat resistant up to 260 degrees Celsius – PFOA-free – ideal for low-fat frying – perfect for dishes with eggs, flour, as well as fish, meat, and vegetables. The closed base with aluminum core ensures even heat conduction and retention. It offers a neutral taste and features an ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle. Usage and care instructions: Please note that the metal handle of the pan may become hot during use. Therefore, use an oven mitt or another heat protection. To avoid damaging the non-stick coating, never heat the pan empty. Do not use sharp objects in the pan. Tip: To save energy, the diameter of the pan and the size of the plate should be the same. To avoid unnecessary heating of the handle, the flame on gas stoves should not extend beyond the bottom of the pan.
