The self-supporting metal construction with stylish glass base plate allows the appetisingly cut slices to be placed directly on plates and platters. The base plate of the all-purpose slicer is made of high-quality, shatterproof glass and gives the appliance an exclusive look. The cutting thickness can be infinitely adjusted from wafer-thin to approx. 20 mm. The carriage can be removed for oversized slices. The sono2 all-purpose slicer is powered by a 65 watt Eco motor, which is 20 % more economical and yet 50 % more powerful than its predecessor.
