Like all Ritter products, the Stilo7 Plus hand blender features high material quality, primarily made of sturdy metal, while the handle is crafted from high-quality plastic for optimal ergonomics. Thanks to its battery operation, the cordless hand blender offers complete freedom while cooking. The battery level can be easily read via an LED display. The lithium-ion battery is charged gently and slowly using intelligent charging technology, preventing overcharging. The charging process automatically ends once the battery is full, ensuring a long battery lifespan. In line with the company's sustainable strategy, a new battery can be reordered from Ritterwerk's customer service in case of a defect. It can be replaced by the user in just a few steps. Safety is also a priority with the Stilo7 Plus hand blender: it features a safety two-finger switch system. To prevent accidental activation, the unlock and power buttons must be pressed simultaneously. The blender starts at maximum speed, and the user can then select two additional lower speed settings using the toggle system. To protect against overload, the device automatically shuts off in case of blade blockage or overheating. Four different stainless steel attachments - universal knife, whipping disc, mixing disc, and chopping knife - provide the Stilo7 Plus with a variety of preparation options. This allows the blending stick to chop, puree, foam, and mix a wide range of foods, depending on how finely the ingredients need to be processed. The two mixing cups, one made of stainless steel and the other of plastic, are optimally designed for processing due to their narrow, tall shape.
