Whether meat and vegetables in a fine marinade, rising yeast dough or short pastry that has to be kept cold - instead of the traditional use of aluminium foil and cling film, this cover can now be used to do this in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. Moreover, the Mix-it lid with its protruding lip can be easily removed from the Rig Tig by Stelton mixing bowl of the same name, which is optionally available.
