Riess Kitchen measure

Bring a rural summer feeling into your kitchen with the kitchen measuring cup in the Fruit Garden design. This kitchen measure or measuring cup is used to portion cooking and baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, milk, water, and other cold or hot liquids. Two scales on the inside of the kitchen measure or measuring cup indicate liters in centiliter increments or in ¼ or 1/8 liters (depending on the size of the kitchen measure), which is the traditional Austrian unit of measurement for liquids. The measuring cup features a comfortable side handle and a spout, known as a beak, for easy pouring of liquids. The rim of the kitchen measure is curved – in enamel terminology, this is called a rolled edge. The measuring cup is available in 2 sizes: Ø 9 cm H 12 cm (0.5 liters), Ø 10 cm H 14.8 cm (1 liter).
