Riess Farmer's Pan

The peasant pan is the one of our enamel pans that has retained the quaint and traditional shape of our iron pans. The outside is black and the inner rims and pan base are enamelled in an intense medium blue. The absolute classic among our pans.
The long enamel handle is also made of enamel and so the pan can also be put in the oven without any problems. However, please always use an oven mitt, because the handle heats up. A hole in the pan handle allows the traditional hanging of the pan so that it is always ready to hand.
