Product details

The classic shape of our enamel casserole with lid features a straight design and traditional enamel handles. The lid fits snugly on the casserole and acts as an energy monitor: as soon as the lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce the heat to save energy. Depending on the stove, it can be completely turned off about 5 minutes before cooking is finished, as enamel retains heat for a long time.
