Medium size slicer designed to cut cold cuts, meats, cheeses, and bread. Its design allows for perfect cleaning after use, as there are no areas where dirt can hide. This slicer has been designed in accordance with current safety standards and has the following features:

  • Base in aluminum lacquered with paint suitable for contact with food.
  • Blade cover, food tray, slice regulation bulkhead, and fixed blade protection ring made of aluminum with polished anodic oxidation for a hygienically clean and corrosion-resistant product.
  • Professional ventilated motor to limit heating and ensure quiet operation.
  • Shaft holding the blade mounted on a double ball-bearing for silent operation.
  • Tempered ground hard chromium-plated professional blade to maintain cutting efficiency.
  • Removable sharpener with double emery to sharpen and remove burrs created during sharpening.
