With the manual chili mill, you bring fresh spice into your kitchen. The elegant spice grinder features a timeless design thanks to the combination of glass and stainless steel. The special grinding mechanism made of ABS plastic reliably cuts dried chili peppers without crushing them. This preserves the chili's oil and allows it to fully develop its flavor in the dish. The refillable glass container and the lid for the grinding opening keep the chili's aroma safe and fresh in the mill. Additionally, the upward-facing opening prevents mess on your work surface.
