    The device is visually very appealing and much more pleasant as a humidifier than the models that spray a mist, which can create a slightly sauna-like climate. The air appears fresh and pleasant. Another advantage is also the fact that no expensive filter change is necessary. The price for the hygiene agent, which is needed every 14 days, and the cleaning agent, which is needed every six months, is reasonable. After all, the unit is supposed to be durable, for which reason a small amount of maintenance is justified.

    A small drop in value is the performance. According to the catalogue, the unit is suitable for rooms up to 20m2. My unit is in a room of 15m2 and manages 45% humidity; I would have liked it to manage 50%. Nevertheless, I would buy the device again because the advantages over conventional humidifiers clearly outweigh the disadvantages.

    We wanted a small and, above all, quiet air...

    We wanted a small and above all quiet humidifier for the children's room which can also run at night.

    This was completely fulfilled with the Venta. Compared to an Air-O-Swiss humidifier, which we also have, this one is     whisper quiet and also much cheaper to run. No filter mats have to be changed, of course you have to use the hygiene agent which is very convenient for us with very lime-containing water. In addition, the price for the care products is still significantly lower than the costs for the regular replacement of the (equally overpriced) filter mats of the other evaporators.

    In addition, cleaning is super easy, just fill it up for 2 weeks, then clean it a little and fill it up with new hygiene agent, done.

    So far, we are very satisfied, even if the price of the device is rather high (compared to the cost of manufacturing).

    I would buy again

    Easy to use, quiet but noticeable, especially on the second stage. If the water contains a lot of lime, the hygienic agent is recommended. This prevents the limescale from adhering too strongly to the surfaces, making it easy to remove. If the air washer is used in the recommended room size, raising the relative humidity by 10-15% is no problem.
