Unfortunately, not at all what I expected. The description says that the machine is "All metal", but it is made of cheap-looking plastic. When I wanted to return it, I could not do so online, because a return is no longer possible with opened package.
The machine has a German plug, so I have never experienced that a purchased product in Switzerland has a DE plug and with the adapter it looks really silly and blocks all 3 plugs in the socket.
The coffee output does not yet work as expected. Use Mastro Lorenzo pods, but after a few seconds the coffee just drips out and it sounds like the machine can not press the water through the pad (pressure builds up in the machine and water drips out next to the portafilter). Am there but still experimenting. The coffee, of course, does not meet my expectations at all.
Currently, I regret the purchase and can not recommend it at all.

With the simple sieve inserts from Graef (145722) and modification of a second portafilter, a delight.
For inspiration: search YouTube for "open portafilter".

The sieve always flies out when the portafilter is knocked out. The two-part construction of the sieve is also a nuisance, as the inner part always comes loose.
Unfortunately you can't return the machine, after 15 years of enjoyment with a comparable predecessor, it's just a big letdown.

... then no further consumer can be connected to the triple socket (common and practical in the kitchen). However, this would also be the case without an adapter, because it is due to the plug, which is right-angled. The note from Digitec "Is possibly equipped with a power adapter" therefore clearly does NOT indicate this (that a CH triple socket is devalued to a single socket). I offered to fit a (straight) plug myself, but according to Digitec I cannot do this without invalidating the warranty.
DeLonghi can't be held responsible for the plug (obviously a D model), but it is unacceptable of Digitec!
In this case, I really don't like Digitec's business practices: The machine itself - see my many "+"s - is (very) good (IMHO)!

When I order an electrical appliance in Switzerland, I expect an appliance with a CH power cable plug and not with an EU power cable plug! The subsequent sending of an EU>CH adapter seems to be a system at Galaxus and is an impertinence! This means that the customer loses time by not being able to use his new device until later. Furthermore, the impossible shape of the EU plug makes it impossible to use other sockets of the same type. The alleged note "May be equipped with a power adapter:
Yes" is also an impertinence. The customer cannot conclude from this what this means exactly and a power adapter is not included as standard. The "customer service" pointing out that there are customers who want an EU power cable plug is also a joke. Swiss customers who live in Switzerland want a Swiss power cable plug! Very bad service!
