Worst product i bought in Switzerland
By far the worst device i ever bought…
By far the worst device i ever bought in Switzerland.
Its a Tiefkühlschrank .
My previous one lived more than 10 years.
This one was broken/kaput after 2 years.
The worst is the customer support.
We want an offer, a guy from the support came took him 5 seconds, to say the fix will be more expensive than a new one.
And they charged us 190 CHF, for these 5 seconds.
For transportation and time.
Without declaring this in the beginning.
Having minimum to charge for just getting offer for the fix is crazy, i never had this with any brand before.
I would never buy Bauknecht again.Pro

Plenty of space and excellent freezing performance
We bought the freezer for our family of three. My brother and I mainly use it to store our bulk purchases. The chest freezer offers a generous amount of storage space and although we initially thought it was too big, we quickly got used to it and are now very happy to have kept it.
The only downside is that it takes up a lot of space and is rather unsuitable for people who rarely use a freezer.
We find the points mentioned below particularly positive.
A tip from us: Measure the dimensions carefully to make sure you have enough space:

Depth: 69.80 cm
Conclusion: We are very satisfied and can recommend this freezer especially to frequent users, large families or commercial users (such as a snack bar or restaurant).

freezer delivered damaged, false confirmations of delivery, replacement delivery 10 days later when defect reported immediately and call every day to report the emergency. I'll never buy from galaxus again.
