The Evolution 70 series thermoblock machines with PID control combine very compact dimensions, extremely quick readiness for operation, and improved PID temperature stability. Thanks to the external expansion valve, manual pressure profiling is even possible. The elegant knobs harmoniously blend into the design of the polished stainless steel housing. The 3140 Evolution 70 is equipped with a thermoblock for both coffee and steam, eliminating the need to switch between coffee and steam temperature.
