The Evolution 70 series thermoblock machines with PID control combine very compact dimensions, extremely fast readiness for operation, and improved PID temperature stability. The external expansion valve even allows for manual pressure profiling. The elegant knobs harmoniously integrate into the design of the polished stainless steel housing. The 3130 Evolution 70 is equipped with a switchable thermoblock for coffee and steam.
