I've had the appliance for around 1.5 years, use it 3-4 times a week and am satisfied.
In the last few months, however, the control dial has deteriorated: setting the temperature has become very tedious, the number jumps almost at random - sometimes 10 degrees in the wrong direction. Even if you turn the dial very slowly "step by step", the numbers jump rather randomly.
Does anyone have similar problems and possibly a solution? According to the app, the firmware is up to date. It seems to be something mechanical in the controller itself.
Otherwise I will probably have to claim under warranty.
The drawer holds 3.5 litres, but the idea of the Air Fryer is not to fill it to the top, even though it has a drawer that holds a lot. Because if the Air Fryer is filled to the brim, the result will be rather poor. To make things crispy, it is therefore advantageous to fill several smaller quantities. The hot air must also circulate well in the appliance and this is achieved with this. The best results are achieved by filling the lower grill and then using the second grill to prepare other things.
