Yes!
Yes, I have tiles at home, everything is wonderful!
As has already been written, 10 minutes at level 3 (actually the standard level for me) is just enough for 2 rooms. Level 2 takes around 20 minutes and level 3 around 30 minutes. Let's be honest, it's a hoover for in-between jobs, it's absolutely great for when you need to get things done quickly. It's in no way inferior to a Dyson. I bought it for my mum, she has runners/carpets like this. I went to level 3 and filled half the container with dust in one pass. She took note of it in silence...
Unfortunately, we do not offer wall brackets for this hoover in our range, but the manufacturer may be able to help you with this.🫡
Very good on short-pile carpets. Even medium pile is good because suction power can be reduced. Not suitable for long-pile carpets - the rotating brush jams and the hoover switches off.
you cannot charge the battery without the vacuum cleaner. the tube and container can be removed, but the charging socket is located on the handle of the vacuum cleaner.
We do have one or two spare parts for certain products in certain categories from time to time. In general, however, I would not assume that we do. Of course, you can always ask and we'll be happy to look. For example, I haven't found a pipe for this item in our range. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.
No, it is not necessary.
Rather no, that will be difficult. The head will probably fit underneath if you lie on the floor and push it flat underneath, but then the bag is in the way at the back, the angle won't work. The tube is too thick.
I searched for weeks and could only find it on Amazon, Aliexpress etc.
yes, that's right. keep the button pressed. make sure you don't get a cramp in your finger.
Oh dear, this may be a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new
Yes, but you should avoid using 3 because it chavfe and drains the battery very quickly. But 1 or 2 is more than enough, no problem for 100 m2.
