The toaster pictured above has a height of exactly 17.7cm (measured on the object) when set up in working order (including feet). Feet are 0.7cm from this, cannot be removed as the bottom of the appliance is not flat and is a moulded plastic part.

If you cut off the plug for it, it's pretty safe.
There are very slim plug-on adapters that are less visible... but if it bothers you too much: cut it off and hope that you don't need the warranty.
Hello, we think the toaster is great. It is relatively long but nice and slim. The simple design makes it very discreet. The toaster slot is 25 cm. Best regards
My WMF long slot toaster has the normal Swiss three-pin plug. The toaster has been working perfectly for about 3 months. It takes a bit of getting used to setting the degree of browning correctly, but it's not a problem. Overall, the toaster makes a better impression than all my previous ones and I hope the satisfaction lasts for many years.
Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

A toaster doesn't have an ON/OFF button, lol. All the instructions are in the original box. After that it's still a TOASTER, you just stick the bread in and there's not much else to do in general. The few buttons are for defrost modes and other crap, but it's useless.
