Good morning. I have read that if you use the product all day for the summer season, the average life is only 2 years, because the gas in it runs out and there is no way to recharge it. So it is guaranteed 15 years but it doesn't reach 3. Please inform the Whirlpool company about this and give me an answer. Thank you.

Hi there. Roof flat. We use it in the late afternoon and first part of the night, only on hot days. You can sometimes find yourself with 32 degrees around 1am. So it saves a bit of trouble in those periods, but we don't run the air-conditioning all day, or every day. I can't really tell you anything about the longevity of the product at the moment.
