The difference I noticed: SMF600BSS4EEU1 can produce cold and hot milk foam, SMF600BSS4QEU1 only warm.
The only difference between the two products is the colour. As we source them from different suppliers the price differs slightly. :)

It comes with a CH plug without an adapter. However, the foam quality for us is not as good as expected. For the high price, I would have expected perfect foam, but this is average at most... :-/
