Questions about Royal Catering Soft ice cream machine Gastro

Hello everyone I bought a soft ice cream machine and am actually very satisfied. Unfortunately, the silicone seals on the outer outlet nozzles are breaking. (I discovered this when cleaning the appliance). Does anyone know where I can find spare parts and possibly a suitable lubricant? It is important to ensure that it is food-safe.
