According to the operating instructions, it is a 1x4 filter or 4. Both work.

Yes, there is a german plug on it. But galaxus/digitec will throw you an adapter when you pick it up ;-)
I assume that it is not economically viable to convert the few filter coffee machines especially for the swiss market...
