Tough to say, thats like asking ‘how long is a piece of string?”. I’ve used standand rubbish coop/Migros bread flour and good Caputo flour. Results were consistent.

This depends on how much a person eats. Add a maximum of 600g flour according to the instructions. Side dish for 7-8 people. Main courses correspondingly less. Does that help?
Yes, it has a CH plug. E are 10? moulds. Quite a few moulds are for long pasta, only two for smaller ones (muesli and penne).
No, it does not have scales. But it doesn't need to. But it is important to only use pasta flour with durum wheat semolina. Machines are great.
