Hello, I don't have any experience with spare parts yet, as nothing has broken on our breadmaker. If Galaxus doesn't have any spare parts - which I assume they do - I would contact the repair service of ALSO Schweiz AG (also.ch). This is the official service partner of Panasonic Switzerland. There is apparently a "Repair Center" at Meierhofstrasse 4 in 6032 Emmen, Tel. 041 266 22 81 (available Mon-Fri 8-12 and 13-17) , Mail: repair@also.ch. Good luck!
You can also usually use fresh yeast (1/4 -1/3 of a block). With the dry yeast from Migros, 1/3 of the measuring spoon is enough for us.
It's the yeast flap. My wife and I have owned the breadmaker since 2015 and actually hear the four-times clacking sound on every floor of our house. There is nothing wrong with it.
there's nothing in the book about sourdough bread
Not that I know of. But take a look at the manual if you want to know exactly.
Yes, and you can download it from the Panasonic website: https://www.panasonic.com/ch/fr/consumer/electromenager/fours-a-pain/sd-zb2502bxa.html Service tab -> Download manual
We usually used dry yeast from a bag (e.g. from Dr. Oetker). Works well. For some recipes, the dry yeast works better than the yeast cube.
Quite far down in the drop-down menu for the specifications it says: length 38.90cm, width 25.60cm, height 38.20cm.
According to the specifications, this unit is equipped with a Swiss power cable. Under "May be equipped with a power adapter" it is always declared whether a product is delivered with a Swiss connection or whether a corresponding power adapter is included if the product does not have a Swiss plug.
You can look at the manual in the product description. All the baking programmes including the time are listed there
