Hello. I wanted to know if this air conditioner can cool a 60m2 room? Does it work without draining water? Is the pipe seal only for windows or also for balcony doors?

The appliance is located in the fireplace in the parlour of approx. 40m2, which is dining room, kitchen and hallway. Do not need a seal, the approx. 1.5m long exhaust air pipe in the chimney stuck in the chimney. Appliance has been in operation on hot days for a year, never drained water until now (?). Are completely satisfied with the solution.

salve, I can't quite make heads or tails of the question. In my case, the appliance is located at the fireplace entrance, sucks the warm air from the air at the front and blows it through the opening at the back into the chimney via a pipe. One intake opening at the rear of the appliance remains closed, so you could attach a (suction) second pipe could be fitted. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
