You cannot connect this washing machine to a normal socket as it is designed for a voltage of 230-400 volts. Normal household sockets usually have a voltage of 230 volts. The Miele WWI 800-60 CH may require a special connection option, especially if it is designed for 400 volts, which is more common in commercial environments. It is advisable to consult a specialist to ensure that the connection conditions are correct.

You cannot connect a washing machine designed for 220V directly to a 5-pin 400V socket. The Miele WWI 800-60 CH is suitable for a voltage of 230-400V, which means that it can be operated on both 230V and 400V. However, if you have a washing machine that is only designed for 220V, you will need a suitable connection or a conversion to connect it to a 400V socket, which is not usually recommended. It is advisable to use a washing machine that is designed for the same voltage as the socket.

Hello, we bought our washing machine in 2022. We had ordered as well the home delivery option, which includes removal and disposal of the old machine, delivery to the point of use and installation. The on-site 2 year warranty is included. In the event of a service problem in this period, one first contacts Galaxus. Our 24 month warranty will soon expire. We had our first Miele washing machine (1980s) for about 20 years with few problems. We have therefore decided at point of sale not to extend the warranty. But one can extend it for fixed and not renewable periods at extra cost. If uncertain, contact Fust to check if the insurance conditions for extended warranty are exactly the same.
