Question about Miele WWI 800-60 CH
Hello, we received the washing machine (delivery fast and efficient) but it comes without a plug, just bare wires. This seems completely insane to me. Where does one get the plug and how do you wire a 4 wire cable (L1, L2, N, ground) into a 3 pin T23 plug??
Contact Galaxus yourself, this is a defect for which Galaxus is responsible.
Either they send you an electrician or they have to undertake to cover the costs.
I had the same issue and hired an electrician to do it. But of course he also wanted to be paid :)
yes this is normal. we ordered a washing machine - dryer combo. Washing machine came with no plug and dryer with a plug. go figure. I had an electrician do this : buy a proper socket and plug to connect the 4-pin connector with my installation. You can do the same yourself (carefully, with precision!!), having bought the plug at Jumbo or Hornbah. (Btw, the machine is working flawlessly, efficiently, I use the remote activation/notification all the time)
