When you want to use the small bowl, it stands inside the medium and large bowl. Depending on what you are chaffing, something flies over the edge into the other bowls. Not always. But often.
The machine chops wonderfully, it has 2 knives large and small for chopping in the large or small cup. In the description it is described as a 'multi-purpose knife'. I sometimes use the knife to chop nuts or something, I have never tried it with soft things like onions or tomatoes. I use the multi-purpose knife most often for making hummus, run it for 5' and the hummus is perfectly velvety. Hope this helps...
Cereal preparation --> no idea....
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on when the item will be available and when we will be able to deliver it. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here. Sorry.

Basically, yes. But – be aware that the maximum capacity for liquids of the three bowls is way less than the capacity listed. The bowls have a whole for the axle from the motor. The «walls» around that are only 1/5 of the bowls height. My 4200 big bowl can only hold around 700ml max.
Magimix is high quality but bogus engineering! I would never buy one again.
My experience: The appliance is actually good for everything. Only: to chop half an onion and nothing else, the cleaning effort is too great in my opinion (the "lid" consists of three parts that are all cleaned).
That's what the compare function is for. This shows that the two models, which also have the same type designation, are identical except for the colour. Since the different manufacturing costs would hardly justify such a price difference, it can be assumed that it is purely a market price. This means that the model in matt chrome not only looks more elegant, but also sells better, which means that a higher price is accepted by the market.
