I have the Kuhn Rikon glass lid (item no.: 16722720, also available in steel without glass). It fits perfectly, but is made in China.
Below are the complete dimensions we were able to obtain from the supplier:
Product width, 325 mm
Product height, 82 mm

Product diameter, 320 mm

Steel *is* iron, with a certain/low carbon content. They are the same, only the size varies.

I use mine on an induction stove (flat surface). It does not wobble at all, the pan is perfectly flat.

According to the information and references available to us, this is an uncoated iron pan as indicated on the brand's website. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you more about this colour change. We recommend that you contact Kuhn Rikon support for more details.
