You can look at the noise level (in decibels). Remember that 42 decibels is twice as loud as e.g. 39 decibels (the decibel scale is not linear, but logarithmic).

It's not a built-in fridge, but if it gets enough air circulation when installed, it might work. I have it in freestanding use myself, so I can't make a definitive statement.

Neither a beer nor anything else has frozen in my case. The "-" in the temperature specification is probably a typing error.
