We have never cooked jam with it, but often make risotto and polenta and temper bread dough. There is no need to take breaks, it really is like a hotplate, but accurate to the degree!

you need a gigantic travel bag. i can't remember the outside dimensions of the box, but i remember that i barely got it through the open door. It's probably a cube of 1x1m or so... lots of styrofoam inside :)

Call Kenwood customer service. Send in your Galaxus purchase confirmation by e-mail and you will receive a customer number. Then you have to log in to the Cooking Chef Club website and order the German edition there. It was very easy. Have fun with Cooking Chef. Greetings Dominika
