Question about Kenwood Cooking Chef KM096
Good day Do the machine and bowl have to be completely cold before the next cooking process or is it also possible when both are still warm/hot, e.g. when making jam?
We have never cooked jam with it, but often make risotto and polenta and temper bread dough. There is no need to take breaks, it really is like a hotplate, but accurate to the degree!
