No, the hose and the round brush are not included. They have to be bought separately. 28.30, Kärcher extension hose for SC 1 and 21.90 Kärcher round brush.
As far as I know, Digitec/Galaxus imports some devices from abroad so that it can offer them at a lower price. Thus the adapter
Hello, I have never tried it, but anything that can withstand heat and water can probably be cleaned with steam. The appliance is very handy. I mainly use it for floors.
Hello! To answer your question, this is a wired model only. Unfortunately, this product does not come without a cable.
see following link Info Digitec - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable, or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. No, in my experience, you can't clean vertical surfaces because you can tilt the machine, or at least a little. You would need a flexible accessory.
Good day I no longer have the steam cleaner, it watered rather than steamed. It was absolutely not suitable for me.
This is just a steam cleaner. It will not remove limescale. To remove limescale, spray the surface to be cleaned and the installations with vinegar cleaner and then rinse with water. Vinegar cleaner with a spray head is available at the Coop, including a refill pack. Man; now I'm already giving household tips... :-)
EU version = European plug, either French or German. It is always possible that an adapter is supplied with the appliance, such as this one: Max Hauri Socket adapter (Type E+F (CEE 7/7))
Contact Digitec directly about this. They may be able to help you.
the deluxe still has an LED display and a different design, accessories and other specifications are almost identical: https://www.kaercher.com/ch/produktvergleich.html
Unfortunately not
Yes, it is possible - I did it with my sofa - but the tank is small and you have to refill it often. With a 10 minute wait for cooling, it quickly becomes tiresome.
For cleaning the sofa, I would rather recommend a hand hoover with a motorised brush head for a textile material. For stubborn stains, soak in advance with a microfibre cloth and distilled water. Dabbing is better than scrubbing. If necessary, use textile cleaner for sofa/carpet, but test first on a concealed area. For a (synthetic) leather sofa, only use water and a cotton cloth, if necessary seal with leather care afterwards. I don't recommend the Kärcher because it works with steam and pressure and the material of the sofa will be destroyed rather than cleaned.
Hello, the difference is in the electrical plug. This product has a European plug and the other has a Swiss plug (T12 or T13).
Mine needed an EU->CH adapter.
I am very sorry about that. I will be happy to clarify this. If something like this happens in the future, please contact our customer service directly so that it gets to the right place. :)
Technically, there is no difference. The only difference is that the cheaper version is the EU version. It comes with a Schuko plug and adapter.
It contains exactly all the attachments as shown in the picture! But be careful, the plug is not compatible with Swiss sockets! I think it is a plug for Austria! Unfortunately I was not aware of this when I bought it! Luckily I have a travel adapter which I now use to use the Kärcher!
Unfortunately, the steam cleaner cannot be used to clean upholstery, sorry. :(
