The video shows a power cable that is not suitable for Switzerland. Can I get one in the package that is OK for Switzerland?

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. I received this product today. However, the Dyson AM07 produces a whistling (wind) noise even at low levels (certainly from level 3 of 10) that is much louder than the motor noise. It sounds like the wind whistling through the keyhole when the steam extractor is running. The noise comes from the nozzle, not from the engine. The pitch of the whistle changes constantly between two pitches (level 4). You can even hear the whistle in the next room or up the stairs. Is this normal? Does anyone have the same experience?
